I lead the human side of AI transformation.
Helping organisations successfully lead AI transformation by making sure their leaders, teams and culture are ready for it.
Nobody's sure who owns what anymore. The roles are shifting under their feet. Underneath it is a question almost no asks out loud: what happens to me? Because they can't see where they fit into the future you're building.
So they wait it out. They nod enthusiastically in meetings, and then go right back to the way they’ve always done things. And nothing changes.
You’ve got the technology, but no transformation.
With AI adoption, the tech is the easy part.
The people are harder.
That’s where I come in. A thinking partner who understands both the technology and the people living through the change.
What I help you do
Build your narrative.
I help you tell the story of the change: what it is, why now, what it means for every person in the room. And then communicate it in a way that creates energy instead of anxiety.
Reimagine future roles.
How should your teams be structured, and where do your people need to upskill to accelerate growth? I help you answer these questions and design the path from here to there.
Develop strong leaders.
Transformation is a leadership act. I coach and develop your leaders so they can manage change, communicate with clarity, and keep their people on board even through uncertainty.
Bridge tech and business.
I speak both engineer and executive, and use that to help you build an AI Transformation strategy that’s aligned with what the business needs and what’s possible with the technology.
AI transformation is a team sport.
AI transformation is delivered by a team. If that team isn't working, neither is the transformation.
The group driving this change might sit under the CTO, the CIO, or the CEO. Wherever it sits, my work is to make sure they can actually deliver.
That means working both one-on-one with the leader, and with the team itself: clearing the dysfunctions that get in the way, and making sure they’re strong enough to lead a transformation at this scale.
How we can work together
Organisations come to me when they have big questions around AI and change. Things like: Where do we start? How do we align the executive team? How do we get people excited instead of scared? How do we make this transformation actually stick?
That’s what I’m here to help you figure out.
Depending on where you are on your journey, that might an embedded partnership over months, focused development with your leaders and teams, or a single session to get clear on what you're facing.
-
An embedded, ongoing relationship for organisations serious about getting AI transformation right.
I work alongside your leadership over months, shaping the strategy, building the narrative, and steering the people side as the change unfolds. -
Executive coaching for the leaders carrying the change, and development work with the teams delivering it.
I work one-to-one with your leaders on communicating change and leading through uncertainty, and with their teams on the dysfunctions that slow delivery down. -
I run workshops with leadership teams and wider organisations, turning uncertainty into energy. The aim isn't to explain AI, it's to change how people feel about it, and get them aligned and excited about where the business is going and how they fit into that future.
-
Before you start a transformation, you want to know whether your organisation is ready and what critical blind spots you might be missing.
I come in, assess where you stand across leadership, teams, and roles, and show you where you're strong and where you'll need to develop. Then we build the plan to get you where you need to be.
Why companies trust me with this work
I understand what it takes to build both the technology and the kind of company where people can thrive alongside it.
That combination is exactly what this moment calls for.
As a former software engineer and an ICF accredited coach with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, I undertand the people side and the tech side.
I work with leaders and teams inside OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Siemens, the Bank of England, and many (many) more.
I founded and lead Together in tech, a very human tech community with more than 8,000+ global members.
I serve on the UCL School of Management advisory board, and am a UK representative to the UN Commission on the Status of Women.
“I would recommend Yota to absolutely all the CTOs I know. The number of people I can really trust to be responsible and accountable for global initiatives has doubled since working with her.”
