Coaching and training for teams & companies

Your leaders don’t need more training.
They need to step up.

I help organisations turn high-potential talent into visible, trusted leaders — by building confidence, clarity, and presence that strengthens leadership internally and reputation externally.

Leadership doesn’t shift when people learn more.
It shifts when people trust themselves more.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, confidence, visibility, and personal branding, grounded in positive psychology and real organisational experience.

It’s not about making people louder or more performative.
It’s about helping them lead with clarity, judgment, and intention.

The result is leadership that feels grounded, credible, and sustainable, for the individual and the organisation.

If this is the shift your organisation needs, read on.

Here’s how I support leaders and teams through that shift.

Executive Coaching

For senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, visibility, and high-stakes decisions.

Team Coaching

Team coaching that builds confidence, trust, and momentum — not just alignment.

Step Up

Step Up is a leadership incubator for high-potential talent who are capable — but not yet showing up as leaders.

Personal Branding Workshops

Turn brilliant people into visible, trusted leaders, without turning them into “influencers”.

“I would recommend Step Up to absolutely all the CTOs I know.”

The name really fits, because that’s exactly what I saw. 60% of the people who joined have stepped up in a very visible way. The number of people I can really trust to be responsible and accountable for global initiatives has doubled since working with Yota.

Chief Technology Officer, Ninety One

Hi, I’m Yota

I help leaders change how they see themselves, so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and authority.

I’m a software engineer turned coach, with experience inside organisations including Amazon and Yahoo. I’ve seen first-hand what it takes to succeed — and actually enjoy your work — in complex, high-pressure environments.

Alongside my coaching work, I’m the founder of Together in Tech, a community of over 5,000 people. I’m also a visiting lecturer and board member at UCL School of Management, and a UK delegate for the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

I’ve worked with leaders and teams across multiple Fortune 500 companies, supporting leadership clarity, visibility, and decision-making in complex, high-pressure environments.

Here’s what makes working with me different

And what makes it possible for my clients to get such great results.

I’m an accredited coach

I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching, and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Everything I do is evidence-based and rooted in the psychology of performance, so it gets real-world results.

I have experience inside complex organisations

Before coaching, I worked inside large, fast-moving organisations including Amazon and Yahoo.

I understand what leadership looks like when expectations are high, visibility is constant, and decisions matter. That context shapes how I design and deliver leadership development — practical, relevant, and grounded in real organisational life.

I create space for honest, challenging work

I create spaces that allow people to be honest, challenged, and supported at the same time.

Wellbeing is part of the work, without lowering expectations around leadership, responsibility, or performance.

The aim is clear thinking and grounded leadership in complex environments.

How we work together

All engagements are bespoke and designed in partnership with you.

We start with a conversation to understand your context, challenges, and goals. From there, I recommend the most useful way forward, whether that’s a programme, coaching, workshops, or a combination.

This is a thoughtful, selective partnership, not an off-the-shelf solution.
