I started in tech: software engineer first, then product and leadership roles at Yahoo and Amazon. Then I moved to the people side, and I’ve spent more than 5,000 hours coaching leaders and executives since.
Today I work inside organisations going through AI transformation, alongside CTOs, CEOs, CIOs, Heads of AI Transformation and their leadership teams. I help them get clear on where they’re heading, build the right team around it, and bring their people with them.
